ITV’s upcoming adaptation of William Makepeace Thackery’s classic novel, Vanity Fair, began filming in September last year and is due to air this Autumn. The seven-part series filmed on location across London, including Marble Hill House and Fitzroy Square, and in Hungary's Budapest.

In a bid to make Slovakia a more accessible filming location, the Slovak Film Commission (SFC) has been established under the helm of Zuzana Bielikova. Also known as the Slovak Film Agency, the SFC will be responsible for marketing Slovakia’s production capabilities and offering a first-point of contact for any foreign producers hoping to film within the country.
