Nick Goundry began his career writing on subjects like green energy, travel, IT and communications before following his passion into the screen arts. He gained experience writing film reviews and behind-the-scenes features, at one point writing for nearly a dozen separate websites and a print journal.

His experience involves quizzing industry movers and shakers in press conferences, roundtable interviews and one-to-one discussions, and he has covered major events such as the London Film Festival.

He started writing for The Location Guide in January 2010 and covers all sorts of stories from production and location reports to interviews and incentive news.

Nick spends his free time writing screenplays, catching up with the latest cinema releases and off-road cycling. He lives in north-east London.
