Murray Ashton

Murray was previously a Location Manager scouting and shooting in different parts of the world.

With pre-production lead times becoming increasingly limited he spotted the need for an international publication that offered global location production service contacts and information for the film and television industries.

He founded The Location Guide in 1997 and has since been the creative force behind The Location Guide and www.thelocationguide.com.

Murray enjoys travelling particularly to remote "unplugged" and off the beaten track islands as well as photography, cooking, water sports and running.

He particularly loves working at The Location Guide.
