Brunei-looking rich palace sought with rich exterior shopping district

Looking for a country that offers a big modern palace with large interior rooms of all sorts on a grand scale, supposedly in Brunei.  Several interior scenes for this palace.
RICH, TROPICAL, tropical, expensive cars....

One other location in this same country must be an exterior rich shopping district (Chanel, Gucci etc) that could be Singapore.

The country should ideally have a decent infrastructure of film services/crew.
