Hi there,
Try vaagn at armenia tv (vaagn@armeniatv.am). Vaagn and his brother Bagrat own armenia tv. Vaagn runs a production arm. I shot a series of commercials there some years back, they were very helpful and they have there own kit.

We just wrap up a Doc for German ARD Network in Armenia ..
We got own HD gear , RedOne with Ellite Primes , F 900R , Varicam etc. Plus Full Grip and Lighting Truck and SUV 4x4 production needs..All equipment with Ata carnet ..
I got also Armenian speaking producer in Yerevan as well..
