Ontario Government announces enhancement to Tax Credits
The Ontario government announced in the last week the following proposed enhancements to the Ontario Film and Television Tax Credit (OFTTC) and the Ontario Production Services Tax Credit (OPSTC) on expenditures incurred after December 31/07:
OFTTC – rate increase to 35%
OPSTC – rate increase to 25%
