Shine Group buys Metronome for USD88 million

UK based Shine Group has acquired the Nordic region's largest production group, Metronome Film & TV for USD88 million. It increases Shine's international presence to nine territories on three continents and includes all 15 companies under the Metronome umbrella.

Elisabeth Murdoch, Shine Group CEO and chairman, said: "This is a landmark deal for Shine Group. The Metronome companies are peerless in their home territories."
