The Lift Mexico films on location for new national tourism campaign

The Lift Mexico has filmed two new national tourism commercials focussing on Mexico City and the resort region of Puerto Vallarta on the country’s Pacific coastline. Agency Publicis Mexico designed the spots and they were directed by Dave Meyers.

“I had a personal interest in this campaign,” adds Meyers: “I had visited Mexico with preconceived notions. This time I was eager to experience the real Mexico, which is far from what we read in the press. It is a rich place, full of cultural beauty and wonderful people. Leading this campaign was a very enriching experience.”

Filming for the Mexico City spot focussed on historic buildings like the Zocalo, the main plaza in the city centre, and Chapultepec Castle.
