Stirling Council in Scotland announced the opening of their new film and television studios. The development, built on former Ministry of Defence land at Forthside currently provides 100,000 sq ft of studio space and 110,000 sq ft for production as assessed by experts. Becoming one of Scotland’s largest film campuses, the facility will provide thousands of jobs for the local community.

This Friday 12 April, Amy Winehouse biopic Back to Black will make its premiere. Capturing the short lived career of the jazz singer, the film stars Marisa Abela as Winehouse. Capturing key London based settings that contributed to the life of the singer, filming took place on location at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, outside Winehouse’s first flat in Camden Town and at Primrose Hill.

Knorr’s Super Cube campaign is allowing food consumers to understand their taste palettes a bit more. Developed by Weber Shandwick in Germany, Sweden and the UK, the campaign stars a group of labelled “picky eaters” with a particular sensitivity to bitter flavours. The potential new product encourages people in Sweden to get tested for the trait that causes this, and promotes how the Super Cube can remedy it.

Post apocalyptic series Fallout which is set to debut on Prime Video, has announced that the second season will move to California for filming of it’s second season. This move will allow the production to take advantage of the state’s USD 25 million tax credits which has been used by projects including Ryan Murphy’s Dr Odyssey on ABC and Grotesquerie on FX.
