Cannes Lions Soiree Partner 2014: Sevilla Film Office in Spain

The Sevilla Film Office has joined The Location Guide as a partner for our Soiree at the Cannes Lions Festival. The office is part of Seville External Promotion (APPES) and provides free assistance for producers with location services including filming permits and production logistics.

Local filming permits can be arranged within five working days and the Sevilla Film Office will also help connect producers with local freelancers and service companies.

“We hope that the Cannes Soirée continues to be a meeting point with international commercial film production companies who could get to know at first hand our services, locations and our highly experienced professionals and industry,” says the film office’s Project Manager Adriana Piquet.

In recent years Seville has hosted major international commercial campaigns for high-profile brands including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Volkswagen, Seat, Mitsubishi and Vodafone.

Seville offers an eclectic range of historic architecture dating back to the Roman era and the city is also strongly influenced by Arab and Jewish heritage.
