Post-production company The Farm Group opens at Bottle Yard Studios

Post-production company The Farm Group has become the latest firm to open an office at The Bottle Yard Studios in Bristol in western England. The Farm Group already has branches in London, Manchester and Los Angeles, and offers more than 100 post-production suites.

“We’re delighted to welcome The Farm Group to their new permanent base at The Bottle Yard,” said Fiona Francombe, Site Director of The Bottle Yard Studios.

“Their presence means that for the first time we are able to offer a complete post service to productions based with us. Having them right here on site, means that their skilled and experienced team can be on hand to productions whenever they are needed, which is hugely convenient.”

Added Nicky Sargent, founder of The Farm Group: “We’re thrilled to be expanding the services we can offer in the south-west and are looking forward to working closely with Fiona and her team to help The Bottle Yard Studios continue to grow as a creative centre of excellence.”

The Bottle Yard Studios have become a production hub for western England and have recently been used for high-profile TV shoots including Poldark (right), New Worlds and Wolf Hall. Children's TV show Andy's Prehistoric Adventures is also currently using production space at The Bottle Yard.

“I’m glad to say that our ability to offer close access to the beautiful Cornish countryside just a few hours’ drive away, in addition to a huge volume of flexible space for set building, prop stores and costume departments, made us the prime candidate to host Poldark last year,” commented Francombe when Poldark was launched earlier this year.
