TheGreenShot will host the Green Zone Happy Hour at FOCUS 2021

Sustainable technology company TheGreenShot is sponsoring this year’s Green Zone Happy Hour at FOCUS 2021. The Green Zone is the space where organisations meet at the convention to exchange eco-friendly business ideas. Running from 3.30pm to 4.30pm, the Happy Hour presents a chance to close the physical side of proceedings in style.

“When I started working on co-productions as location manager, I was amazed at how digitising production work could keep both budgets and carbon footprints under control,” says Max Hermans, TheGreenShot co-founder and COO.

TheGreenShot is the first live cost and carbon tracker for film, television and commercial productions. Seeking to engage the entire crew, TheGreenShot embeds sustainable choices at the heart of every production. TheGreenShot is the missing link between planning a sustainable production and reporting on it - making green suppliers available on set, computing the cost and footprint of alternative processes in real-time, automating the collection of data and exporting customised reports.

The group accelerates change with a deceptively simple Web and mobile app. It takes one click to deploy and then one day to explore this new experience, delivering synchronised costs and carbon footprint dashboards that open up a whole new world of changes that work for you.

“2021 was a very busy year for TheGreenShot - launching in July 2021 at Cannes Film Festival and in October at SPF21,” explains Hermans. “We are so excited to complete our round of 2021 events by hosting the Green Zone happy hour.”
