Young Director Award 2019 Calls for Entries

Entries submitted before March 31^st will be able to take advantage of early bird rates. The final deadline for entries is May 15^th.

Presided over by Francois Chilot, The YDA is recognised as one of the most prestigious awards shows and is an accurate indicator of the aspiring directing talent emerging in the industry.

New directing talent from across the globe is recognised by the awards and the competition is divided into regions depending on where the film has been produced. These are divided into Europe, Northern America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

Previous YDA winners including Hanna Maria Heidrich, Ringan Ledwidge, Andreas Roth and We Are From LA have been recognised by the YDA.
