Cannes Lions Soiree 2015: Film Estonia becomes partner

Film Estonia has joined The Location Guide as a partner for our Soiree at this year’s Cannes Lions Festival. Film Estonia this year represents four different Estonian production entities – Allfilm, Naftafilms, Cuba Films and Wunderland 372.

Each company has experience in international production and is focused on offering services for producers looking to shoot in Estonia and neighbouring countries.

Film Estonia plans to build new connections and partnerships at Cannes Lions and at The Location Guide Soiree, and also to utilise Cannes’ networking opportunities to meet with friends and colleagues from around the world.

“Our long-term goal is to put Estonia on the map as a small but diverse filming location offering reliable, trustworthy and skilled film professionals, a great work ethic and good value for money,” says Dagmar Mäe a producer with Allfilm.

Allfilm is an internationally-renowned production company specialising in features and commercials.

Wunderland 372 is a Finnish-owned production company based in Estonian capital Tallinn and specialises in location filming in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Cuba Films is a full production service company, offering an in-house casting agency and a location archive and scouting service.

Nafta Films has 15 years of production experience and comprises a team of 11 professionals. The company has been a Global Production Network member since 2012.
