New look Zodiak plans to expand

Italian media and finance company De Agostini is to unify its European production empire under the one name, Zodiak Entertainment. It aims to consolidate its position in Europe and advance into North America and Asia.

TV subsidiaries that will come under the new name include the UK independent producer Diverse.

Zodiak entertainment will have head offices in Paris and London and aims to aquire more production companies in the USA, the UK, India and Turkey. The combined revenue of the group is expected to be USD516 million this year
