    Hi Tom,
    My name is Gopi, Director Marketing, Film Location Services, Sri Lanka. We have baby elephants and have done many International AD Films and Music Videos with elephants… and that too on busy streets. There is no restrictions of filming with animals. We also did “Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom”, “The Second Jungle Book”, “Tarzan the Apeman”.. a few of the ones with animals including the baby elephant. You could reach me at gopidarm@mac.com

    Hi Tom,
    May I suggest looking at South Africa. We have the regions top exotic animal wrangler based 30 minutes outside of Durban who can definately help with your request. The city itself has elements of Europe and the United States, and the Durban Municipality is fantastic with aiding film shoots on city streets. Currently we do not pay for traffic and police assistance. If you would like further information on how we can assist you, do not hesitate to contact me.
