    how about tunisia ?
    many producer prefer tunisia.
    its close the UK cheap flights and nice locations
    also you be able to shoot somewhere sunny on the beach next to where you stay.

    have you considered Malta, weather conditions are usualy summer like in April, only last week we shot a german commercial for summer clothes of a well known brand.
    Casting and locations should be pretty easy too
