We have a fabulous small country estate with shooting and fishing on the River Test, which you are welcome to use. The house, which is a grade II listed is a unique example of Cottage Ornee built in 1798. It is beautiful inside and has log fires in every room and french windows in all the downstairs rooms leading into the gardens. It stands on a hill overlooking the river Test. Surrounded by stunning gardens (including a beautifully restored walled garden with vegetable parterre and topiary gardens and long herbaceous border), parkland and water meadows.
