    Sorry to say that Texas our most southern wheat grower only has wheat in the fields in april-June.

    I suggest contacting harry tracosas at (no cost to you) and he will be able to suggest which countries around the world have wheat in the field at during your required time frame.

    There are fabulous wheat fields in Australia and New Zealand at this time of year. December will be better for the Australian fields and New Zealand will start to have fields available in January and into February.
    I have quite a few on file if you are interested in seeing any.
