    Hi

Colombia would be an excellent choice and offers an amazing film incentive in terms of a cash rebate.

We have emailed you details of our company and of the film incentive.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind regards

    Luna

    Hi Nathalie

We are Colombias premier bi-lingual production services company. We can arrange access and filming in a number of working and dis-used prisons all over Colombia. We have shot 5 episodes of “Locked Up Abroad” for National Geographic over the past 3 years, so we have a number of prisons already on our books, I have attached a small example of some modern prisons similar to your references but we have a lot more including some run-down and more squalid options which I can send direct to you.

The stories in the locked up series are very similar to your own and involve foreigners who are incarcerated in prison a long way from home, normally for drugs offences. Therefore we have an excellent crew very experienced in working in this genre and can arrange castings, art department, locations and logistics as well as technical crew if you should require them.

We are currently shooting 2 further episodes for the tenth series of this show and are cheating Belize, Thailand, the USA and Mexico here, these episodes involve beach, court, prison and jungle locations.

We are used to working with international crews, this year as well as Nat Geo we have completed projects for the BBC, Smithsonian and the Discovery Channel Latin America.

We have also worked closely with the film commission here and I am sure we would be able to provide you with what you want. Also if you are looking to work in France my cousin runs Jake Productions whose credits include Sherlock Homes, Inglorious Basterds and Inception amongst others so we could easily arrange things in France for you too.

If you want to check out some beach locations please visit our website http://www.screencolombia.com or please do not hesitate to get in touch and I can send you a specific location presentation tailored to your exact needs.

Many thanks and good luck with the project.
