    Croatia could be a nice option for this location.

    This location is close to the Split city, nice weather conditions (mediterranean climate), close to the sea with an international airport, lot of hotel, etc..

    Like I told you on my first reply, we can help you regarding this jail location in France and Dom Tom territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Guyanne, etc.). This kind of location are under the french authority and it canno’t be use without a precise idea of what you want to do.
