Hi Chenut – Just a suggestion that it’s probably better for the local industry and economy to use a local national (*actual national, versus foreigner) if at all possible for your fixing needs. That would include avoiding foreign run and funded NGOs posing as state run government offices if you can; those entities may be using foreign government subsidies to dominate and unfairly compete with local enterprises. Of course this comment puts me out of work as well, as I am a foreigner (though I have years of experience in ASEAN), but I think it’s the right thing to do on this level at least.
