chile is a good option for you to consider. as you may know, its a country stretching some 4000 km from north to south, the most southern tip reaching down towards antarctica. as you travel further south, so the autumns and winters arrive a little later and we may very well be able to offer the oranges, yellows and reds of autumn in july, even though its actually “winter”. a reference of the size of forest and flora you are looking for will assist us in giving you accurate advice.

Your requirements from red desert dunes to dry salt pans to cracked river beds to glaciers, snow peaks and valleys can all be found in Chile, South America. It’s the longest narrowest country in the world, allowing for spectacular changes in scenery and climates all in a single territory. Hi Henrik,
As you’ve heard from many of the replies, you may well be able to shoot this in South Africa. We can offer locations that can replicate virtually anywhere in the world and have got a wide range of talent to cast from. As far as North Africa is concerned, Moonlighting haven’t shot in Morocco or Egypt – but we’ve shot in a lot of countries all over Africa and may be able to recommend another country, if we can’t find the right locations here in SA. We’d love to have a look at the board and make some location suggestions to you. And in the meantime, I know that one of our clients from the UK recently shot in Morocco so I’ve emailed him to find out who he works with there.
