Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and The Last Black Man in San Francisco are motion picture winners at the 7th annual LMGI Awards. Perry Mason, Killing Eve, Little America and ZeroZeroZero won in the  Television categories. Mask of the Zodiac was awarded outstanding locations in a commercial, and Toscana Film Commission were recognised for the support given to productions.

The latest round of the Netherlands Film Production Incentive 2020 has granted nineteen productions a total of EUR8.2 million. US Comedy series Atlanta has been supported with a EUR555,446 contribution. Steve McQueen documentary Occupied City, about Amsterdam under Nazi occupation during World War II has been granted a financial contribution of EUR1,375,323.

As Spain draws closer to the end of its Covid-19 lockdown the Spanish government has increased the rate of filming incentive offered to incoming productions. The new rebate grants up to 30% on production spend and will gain interest from foreign productions who are gearing up to start shooting again.

Iceland has seen decisive action on coronavirus including rigorous testing, tracking and isolating to counter the spread of the outbreak in the country. Current restrictions are being lifted in the country that makes production feasible once again, and production giants including Netflix are eyeing the country as it plans how to resume filming activity.
